Choosing the right size
These gloves are unisex. Equivalent UK glove sizes are noted in brackets.
To work out your size, measure around the widest part of your hand which is usually the knuckles (and above the thumb) the measurement needs to be in inches, eg 9” = size 9. HOWEVER - if you know you have particularly long fingers, you will need to order one size up!
When you receive your gloves, check they do fit BEFORE removing them from the hanging label otherwise we cannot accept them for returns.

What is our shipping policy?
All Orders over £25 are sent with free postage.
For orders less than £25, postage and packaging is charged at £3.90.
What is our return policy?
We offer a full refund on goods returned in original condition, at your cost, within 14 days. You are able to cancel your order up until it has been posted out to you. Unfortunately we can only refund postage if you have been sent damaged, faulty or incorrect goods.
Original Condition means that the gloves must not be removed from the hanging labels, so please bear this in mind when checking that they fit.
If you wish to change sizes for example, you will need to return the gloves to us as above and we will issue a refund. You will then need to order the correct size. When returning gloves to us, please indicate your name and order number so that we can refund correctly.
If you are unhappy with your products, please contact us at info@donkeygloves.co.uk to arrange a refund or substitution.
What colours are available?
Our products are only available in one color. We chose international orange to make the porducts more visible in the garden, so you won't lose them!

Donkey Gloves are designed by horticulturist and former Blue Peter Gardener, Clare Cooke. Clare is a Kew-trained horticulturist with more than 30 years experience in the industry.
